5.4 Promotional Eligibility

5.5 Seasonal and Event Promotions

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.3 Effect of Account Closure

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, bk7777 reserves the right to withhold any remaining real-money balance pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a material breach, bk7777 may forfeit the balance to cover any losses suffered as a result of the breach. Where no material breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player via the withdrawal method on file.

8.4 Self-Exclusion
